According to this representative, due to low temperatures, a thin layer of ice appeared at the top of Fansipan.

A thin layer of ice appeared about 1cm thick, covering the wooden floor, pillars, and grass.

At about 7:30 a.m., when the sun rose, the ice showed signs of melting.

Meanwhile, in Sa Pa, the temperature recorded for many days has dropped below 10 degrees Celsius, and in the early morning the temperature dropped below 1 degree Celsius.
