On April 11, Cristiano Ronaldo announced on Instagram the establishment of the film studio UR•Marv with famous director Mattew Vaughn.

On X the same day, Ronaldo continued to post an announcement from the production unit, saying that the company would make the film focusing on "applying advanced technology with respect for tradition".

According to the studio, UR•Marv is a combination of Cristiano Ronaldo's love of movies, Matthew Vaughn's passion for sports, as well as their shared love of "telling a good story."

Matthew Vaughn believes that Ronaldo has created many moments on the pitch that Vaughn himself could not write, hoping to create inspirational films with the player. The filmmaker calls Ronaldo a "real-life superhero".

Additionally, the studio representative revealed that the duo has co-invested and produced two action films and is about to make a third project in the series. "Both are looking forward to announcing their first release soon," according to the studio.

According to the media, Ronaldo has once again proven that his ambition knows no bounds. The Portuguese superstar has built a football fortune, a global reputation and now he wants more.

Ronaldo wants to compete with the biggest studios and show the world that the CR7 brand can shine brightly on the big screen.

Before embarking on this bold project, Ronaldo made a lot of money from businesses outside of football, such as launching his own underwear brand, perfume products, restaurants, hotels, real estate, etc.

Matthew Vaughn, 54, is a famous film director, screenwriter, and producer, known for blockbusters such as Kingsman and Kick-Ass.
