CEO of All Asia Vacation Nguyen Duc Hanh, the tour organizer for the Saudi Arabian royal family, said the group of 60 people, including members and their entourage, will fly directly to Vietnam by private jet. The members will stay for 28 days, and are expected to travel from North to South.
Their first stop is Ha Long Bay, where the royals will have a ''completely unique'' experience. They are expected to spend 4 days and 3 nights in Ha Long, staying overnight on a cruise ship, and attending a gala at a fishing village on the bay. During their visit to Ha Long Bay, the group will also experience a 3D Mapping performance (using a technique of using light to create a 3D effect on a contact surface to create interactive image blocks in 3D space) on the rocky mountains.
The royal delegation returned to Hanoi and then continued to Hoi An and is considering choosing Con Dao or Nha Trang as a stopover. The organizer confirmed that Ho Chi Minh City is also on the royal delegation's schedule.
The Saudi royal family consists of about 15,000 members, of whom about 2,000 hold the majority of power and wealth. According to TRT World , their total assets are estimated at about $1.4 trillion, mainly from oil revenues and shares in the national oil company Saudi Aramco, making them the richest royal family in the world.
In February, All Asia Vacation also organized a tour of Ha Long Bay for two American millionaires, Jeff Grinspoon and Jon Thomas Foley. During their visit to Ha Long Bay, the two guests also experienced a tour for the super-rich on deserted islands.
While welcoming the two millionaire guests, the unit also worked with local authorities to "close" tourist attractions on the bay such as Ba Ham Lake and Tien Ong Cave for a period of time, allowing guests to visit comfortably. As for Cua Van fishing village, it was impossible to close it, so the organizing unit calculated the time when there were fewer visitors so that the two millionaires could have the most private experience possible.
Mr. Hanh said the company has special, exclusive experiences for the super-rich group at many destinations across Vietnam. For example, in Ha Giang, they once organized a helicopter flight from Hanoi instead of traveling by road. In Da Nang, the company also organized a tea experience on top of Ban Co Mountain for billionaire Bill Gates.
