Quang Nam Legendary tennis player Roger Federer is traveling with his family in Hoi An and staying at a local 5-star hotel.

On the afternoon of April 29, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam, Nguyen Thanh Hong, confirmed to VnExpress that Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer is on a private vacation with his family at a resort in Dien Ban town, about 6 km from the center of Hoi An ancient town.

On April 28, social media appeared with a number of photos of Vietnamese fans taking photos with Roger Federer on the tennis court in Hoi An. A personal page named Le Thu Guillon with 493,000 followers posted a photo of her checking in with the Swiss legend.

The news that the legendary tennis player traveled to Hoi An has excited his fans. On social media, some fans spread a picture of the tennis player wearing a conical hat and claimed that it was a picture of him checking in in Vietnam. In fact, it was a picture of Roger taken in February during a trip to Thailand with his family. Currently, Federer has not posted any pictures on his personal page about his trip with his family in Hoi An.
