The concert program “From Brightness to Greatness” will debut the prestigious Bösendorfer 280VC in Vietnam - a symbol of quality and sophistication in the international piano world.
On the occasion of the first appearance of the Bösendorfer 280VC piano in Vietnam to sponsor the Vietnam International Piano Competition & Festival (VIPCF), the VIPCF Organizing Committee in collaboration with Maetoso and LA Music and artist Luu Duc Anh organized the piano solo program “From Brightness to Greatness” in Hanoi (November 22) and Ho Chi Minh City (December 7).

The concert features carefully selected works that blend perfectly with the distinctive tone of the Bösendorfer 280VC, providing a unique and profound musical experience.
This is not only an opportunity to enjoy classic works, but also an opportunity for Vietnamese audiences to experience the top sound quality from one of the best pianos in the world.
Bösendorfer has always been proud of its distinctive sound, known as the Viennese Sound, inspired by the city's hundreds of years of musical history. This sound is considered by many artists to be extremely suitable for classical period works.
Therefore, artist Luu Duc Anh will bring to the program two excellent representatives of the Viennese classical school, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ludwig van Beethoven and the extremely familiar works of Frédéric Chopin with Nocturnes, Mazurkas or Valse and the work Réminiscences de Norma, S.394, exploding with almost all the most virtuosic piano techniques composed by Franz Liszt.
In particular, with the desire to nurture, encourage and open up new breakthroughs for young talents, the VIPCF Organizing Committee will select 4 candidates to perform in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (2 candidates in each city) with the Bösendorfer VC280 piano on the big stage next to artist Luu Duc Anh. More specifically, these 4 candidates also have the opportunity to be specially selected directly to the VIPCF final round.
