The 6th session of the 15th National Assembly enters its third working week from November 6 to 10, 2023. The National Assembly will discuss and consider draft laws and some important contents, especially conducting question and answer sessions.

Under the direction of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, the question and answer session took place over 2.5 days, from November 6 to the morning of November 8 and was broadcast live on radio and television for voters and people nationwide to follow.
As a mid-term session, the National Assembly will conduct questions and answers on the responsibilities of Government members and sector heads in implementing a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questions and resolutions of the National Assembly on thematic supervision and questions from the beginning of the 15th term to the end of the 4th session.
The National Assembly will discuss in groups the following contents: Draft Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization and Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Property Auction (on the afternoon of November 8); Draft Law on Organization of People's Courts (amended) (on the afternoon of November 9); Draft Law on Roads, Draft Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, Draft Resolution on the application of additional corporate income tax according to regulations against global tax base erosion (on the morning of November 10); Draft Law on Archives (amended), Draft Law on Capital City (amended) and Government reports on: Preliminary summary of the pilot organization of urban government model in Hanoi, Da Nang and results of 3 years of implementing urban government organization in Ho Chi Minh City (on the afternoon of November 10).
On the morning of November 9, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies on investment in the construction of road traffic works; on adjusting a number of contents of Resolution 53/2017/QH14, dated November 24, 2017 of the National Assembly on the feasibility study report of the Land Acquisition, Compensation, Support and Resettlement Project of Long Thanh International Airport.
In the agenda of the week, the National Assembly also voted to pass the Resolution on the 2024 Socio-Economic Development Plan; Resolution on the 2024 State budget estimate; Resolution on the central budget allocation plan for 2024.
After the third working week, from November 11, 2023 to November 19, 2023, the National Assembly will take a break to allow the agencies of the National Assembly, the Government and relevant agencies time to absorb, revise and complete draft laws and draft resolutions; at the same time, create conditions for non-professional National Assembly deputies to handle work at agencies and units.
The second session of the session will begin on November 20. The National Assembly will continue to discuss, review, and comment on draft laws, pass completed laws, and some important contents.
The National Assembly is expected to close on November 28.
