At the meeting, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and units reported on the progress of site clearance for the Project on investing in the construction of trunk roads connecting to functional areas in the Thai Binh Economic Zone and the Project on the Road from Thai Binh City to Con Vanh, from Thai Binh City to National Highway 37B. The Thai Binh City People's Committee reported on the progress of the Tra Ly River Central Urban Area Project in Le Hong Phong Ward, Bo Xuyen Ward and Ky Ba Ward, Thai Binh City.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the significance of the projects in promoting investment attraction, creating leverage for the province's economic and social development. He requested Thai Thuy, Tien Hai, and Kien Xuong districts to accelerate the site clearance progress according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee; accelerate the site clearance progress in cases that do not require resettlement; accelerate the construction of resettlement areas for people whose land is recovered; organize propaganda, mobilize site clearance and resolutely organize enforcement and demolition for cases that have received compensation but have not yet demolished or handed over the site. The City People's Committee and related sectors, units, and localities focus on accelerating the implementation progress of the Tra Ly River Central Urban Area Project in Le Hong Phong Ward, Bo Xuyen Ward, and Ky Ba Ward (Thai Binh City).
