Disseminate Resolution of the 13th Central Committee, Session 8 to cadres and party members

Delegates attending the conference at Dien Bien bridge point.

At the Dien Bien provincial bridge, the conference was attended by comrades: Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Giang Thi Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Duc Toan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee... The conference was organized at the bridge to the provincial and commune-level Party Committees.

Delegates listened to President Vo Van Thuong discuss the topic "Continuing to promote the tradition of great national unity, building our country to be increasingly rich, prosperous, civilized and happy"; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh discuss the topic "Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of social policies, meeting the requirements of the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new period"; General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, discuss the topic "Strategy for defending the Fatherland in the new situation"; Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia discuss the topic "Continuing to build a contingent of intellectuals to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable national development in the new period" and provide guidance on the deployment and implementation of Resolution of the 8th Central Conference (term XIII).

The conference disseminated the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee, Session XIII to cadres and party members nationwide to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and party members in effectively implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions set out in the Resolution. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

The conference took place over 1.5 days, of which 1 day was devoted to studying, grasping, and learning the Resolution; 0.5 day was devoted to provincial, municipal, and central Party committees to contribute ideas to the action program to implement the Resolution.
