Currently, the city is implementing 44 works and projects, the disbursement rate of public investment capital reached over 19% of the annual plan. In addition, the work of Party building and political system building has many innovations. The organization and apparatus of agencies and units are arranged, consolidated, and the quality of operations is improved; discipline, order, sense of responsibility, and public ethics of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees are improved...
