Regarding the information reflecting on a YouTuber with the channel name Hung Vlog (in Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province) selling lychee honey for more than 100,000 VND/liter, talking to Zing on the morning of May 20, Mr. Nguyen Van Bang, Chairman of Lang Giang District People's Committee, said that Market Management Team No. 4 under the Market Management Department of Bac Giang province is verifying the incident.

Recently, the selling price of lychee honey by TikToker and YouTuber - Hung Vlog is causing a stir in the online community. Accordingly, in livestream videos selling products on TikTok, Hung Vlog advertised the price of lychee honey at 215,000 VND/2 liters (equivalent to about 108,000 VND/liter) and free shipping.

During the livestream sessions, Hung Vlog poured honey from a large stainless steel tank into a plastic bottle while advertising and pledging to ensure the quality of the honey. To increase customer trust, there were also many honey bees flying around the area where the male YouTuber was livestreaming.

Notably, the price of Hung Vlog’s lychee honey is considered much cheaper than the average price of honey sold on the market, ranging from 180,000-800,000 VND/liter. Many people question the origin and quality of the products that Hung Vlog is selling.

At the same time Hung Vlog livestreamed selling honey, social media platforms suddenly started sharing a report with information about catching a facility producing more than 2,000 liters of fake honey from sugar. After that, Hung Vlog suddenly deleted all the videos and announced that lychee honey was out of stock.

On May 18, this male YouTuber posted a video about the origin of Bac Giang lychee honey. Accordingly, Hung Vlog said that recently his family has been busy so he cannot continue selling.

Hung Vlog said he wanted to introduce local agricultural products so he sold Bac Giang lychee honey and affirmed that the honey he sold was 100% genuine. Explaining the price, Hung Vlog said the honey was cheap because it was the harvest season and honey was raised in large quantities in lychee flower gardens.

Regarding the deletion of the sales video, Hung Vlog said that the TikTok channel is an entertainment channel, so the video was deleted to get viewers' interactions. Not only that, in the video, the male YouTuber also introduced Mr. Phan Van Net - Director of the Agricultural Production, Trade and Service Cooperative of Phi Dien commune, confirming the signing of a honey consumption contract.

Hung Vlog also commits that if anyone who buys the product feels unsatisfied, they can return the product and he will refund the customer.

Nguyen Van Hung is the son of the owner of the channel Ba Tan Vlog. The whole family, including adopted sons and daughters, are YouTubers. Initially, with a rustic, familiar motif, specializing in cooking familiar "super-large" dishes, videos filmed in the yard, with familiar cooking utensils, these people received great support, quickly attracting tens of millions of followers.

However, after a short time of becoming an "internet phenomenon", all members of Mrs. Tan's family were involved in scandals, and the content posted was criticized as useless and offensive. In addition to trolling content that was considered nonsense, members of this family also regularly made cooking videos without wearing gloves when preparing food, and the steps were not hygienic.
