For insurance companies, sustainable development lies in the continuous improvement of professional skills and the strengthening of the leadership. In particular, the directors of the General Agency Office play a key role, helping the office overcome the "headwinds" of the market and create a solid potential to lead the team of consultants to become more professional and stable.
The success of a General Agency Office Director is not only reflected in outstanding business performance or excellent management ability, but also in a broad strategic vision, comprehensive operational capacity and business mastery. To become the "CEO" of a strong office, that person needs to be comprehensively equipped with professional skills and a spirit of "change for success".
Recently, Prudential cooperated with FSB Institute to launch the training program "Improving corporate governance capacity" for General Agency Office directors - considered a very important partner of Prudential in bringing insurance solutions closer to customers.
“We believe that this training program will help open up opportunities to improve the quality of distribution channels, meet customer expectations for products and services, and ensure the best value,” said a representative of Prudential Vietnam.
The training program is divided into 3 stages of study at 3 different campuses of FPT University in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hanoi and will continue to expand in the near future. The focus of the program revolves around training practical knowledge, to help perfect the thinking of a multi-functional leader, build strategies and plans for businesses to stand firm in the face of fluctuations in the business market.
When asked about her feelings after the “first day back to school”, Ms. Luong Thi Thu Hang - Director of Prudential Hanoi General Agency Office, also expressed her excitement because she felt like she was “reliving her student days”. She said that with 24 years working in the insurance industry, she realized that there is a lot of knowledge that needs to be updated continuously.
“With such a specific profession, as well as the constant changes of the market, my colleagues and I need to equip ourselves with enough knowledge to become professional consultants, bringing long-term peace of mind and trust to customers,” Ms. Hang shared.
During 7 years of accompanying Prudential, Mr. Nguyen Vu Phong - Director of Prudential Bac Lieu General Agency Office said that he always feels confident when walking with Prudential on the journey to conquer customers' hearts.
“Coming to this course, I am excited to expand and deepen my knowledge of business administration through sharing from colleagues and expert speakers. From this knowledge, I hope to help the system develop more sustainably and thereby bring customers core values at the moments when customers need me most,” said Mr. Phong.
Not only Mr. Phong, Ms. Hoang Thi Nga - Director of Prudential General Agency Office in Ho Chi Minh City also has high expectations for the activities that Prudential has been implementing to promote the investment strategy in human factors through training programs.
“With the spirit of being ready to change for success and the reliable companionship of Prudential, most of all maintaining and continuing to promote Prudential's customer-centric guiding principle, bringing customers peace of mind when choosing life insurance, I am confident that I will easily adapt and stand firm despite market fluctuations with the goal of bringing the best value to customers,” Ms. Nga shared.
Prudential Vietnam representative emphasized: “The training program “Improving management capacity” is just the first course, Prudential will continue to research and develop more courses for like-minded General Agency Office Directors. Regardless of any milestone or position on the journey to success, you must always be ready to change and adapt to all situations, do not let temporary obstacles hinder success”.
