Chan Lo Ward exhibition of paintings, photos and books

On the afternoon of April 12, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Chanh Lo Ward, the People's Committee of Chanh Lo Ward organized a photography and fine arts exhibition and book introduction in 2025. This is an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); 11 years of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21, 2014 - April 21, 2025).

The exhibition organizers presented flowers to thank the authors whose art photos were displayed at the exhibition.

Speaking at the exhibition, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Chanh Lo Ward Doan Thi Hoa Kieu emphasized that the works displayed in this exhibition are diverse in topics, rich in content, reflecting the achievements of the homeland in the fields of national defense - security, economy, culture, society, etc. This exhibition is not only an opportunity for the public to admire photographic works of high artistic value, profound ideological content; fine art works filled with love for the homeland and country that students in the ward conveyed through their drawings; but also contributes to educating the revolutionary tradition, patriotism, and national pride for the younger generation.

At the exhibition, the book display area, with more than 200 books on diverse and rich topics, attracted the attention of many readers who are students.

The exhibition featured 40 works of art photography by authors who are members of the provincial Association of Culture and Arts. Each work tells a story about the land, the people, and the transformation of the homeland of An Mountain and Tra River.

The exhibition attracted public attention.

Nearly 50 paintings with the theme of beautiful landscapes of the homeland, country, and Vietnamese people, etc., drawn by students of Chanh Lo Primary School and Chanh Lo Secondary School (Quang Ngai City), with rich content and diverse materials, also attracted public attention. These are works participating in the first "Painting from books" contest in 2025, organized by the People's Committee of Chanh Lo Ward on the morning of April 12.

Award certificates to students who won first and second prizes.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the People's Committee of Chanh Lo Ward awarded certificates and prizes to the students who won prizes at the "Drawing pictures from books" contest. In particular, the first prize went to Truong Le Thao Ngan, a student of class 6A3, Chanh Lo Secondary School and Le Nguyen Bao Tran, a student of class 3H, Chanh Lo Primary School.
