On April 16, in Phu Quoc City, the Standing Committee of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee dismissed Mr. Tong Phuoc Truong from the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and from holding the position of Secretary of the Phu Quoc City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and transferred and appointed him as Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
The Standing Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee mobilized, transferred, and appointed Mr. Le Quoc Anh (52 years old) - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Phu Quoc City Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Speaking at the conference, Kien Giang Provincial Party Secretary Do Thanh Binh said that Mr. Le Quoc Anh is a well-trained, dynamic cadre who has been challenged and matured through many positions. In any position, Mr. Le Quoc Anh always completes the assigned tasks well, gradually affirming his capacity and prestige.
The Secretary of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee suggested that in his new position, Mr. Le Quoc Anh continue to strive, train in all aspects, overcome difficulties, further promote intelligence, experience, constantly improve moral qualities and working capacity. At the same time, promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility in work, together with the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of Phu Quoc City Party Committee unite, successfully carry out political tasks, determined to build a clean and strong city Party Committee, Phu Quoc City develops faster and more sustainably.
Also at this ceremony, the Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee mobilized and appointed Mr. Dinh Phu Nam - Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Quoc City to hold the position of Deputy Director of Phu Quoc National Park.
