The conference assessed that in 2024, under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the synchronous coordination of the implementing agencies according to the coordination regulations has helped the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to develop and promulgate the economic and financial management program and plan and coordinate in the implementation to ensure the set plan and progress. In particular, it is necessary to coordinate the implementation, seriously, closely and on schedule implementation of Notice No. 581, dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission.
Notably, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee proactively informed and discussed with relevant Party committees and organizations about 68 Party members who were investigated and prosecuted in criminal, economic, and corruption cases according to Directive No. 26-CT/TW, dated November 9, 2018 of the Politburo. In particular, it provided information and transferred it to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to advise the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to consider and handle disciplinary action to expel 6 Party members from the Party.
Based on the 2024 Provincial Party Committee's Economic and Supervisory Program and Plan, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's advisory agencies and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to conduct economic and supervisory inspections and conclude inspections of 11 party organizations and 13 party members; conduct specialized supervision of 18 party organizations and 21 party members (achieving 100% of the plan). Synthesize and report on the results of the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's Economic and Supervisory Program in 2024, report to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee's conference according to regulations.
Regarding the 2025 tasks, the coordinating agencies focus on advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the preparation and successful organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Provincial Party Congress (term 2025 - 2030) in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles and Instruction No. 08, dated November 18, 2024 of the Central Inspection Commission on economic and supervisory work serving Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
Mr. Phan Thanh Thien - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission said that the agencies coordinated to promptly resolve issues arising before, during and after the congress. Especially the work of evaluating and commenting on Party committee personnel and verifying the qualifications of delegates attending the congress must strictly follow the regulations of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.
Along with that, the agencies strengthen coordination with the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to continue advising the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to overcome limitations, shortcomings, and violations according to Notice No. 581 of the Central Inspection Commission...
