(Chinhphu.vn) - On May 21, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang signed the Prime Minister's Decisions approving the results of the election, dismissal, and removal of leaders of the People's Committees of Thai Binh and Quang Ngai provinces.

Mr. Pham Van Nghiem - New Vice Chairman of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, Decision No. 436/QD-TTg clearly states: Approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

At the same time, Decision No. 435/QD-TTg approved the results of the dismissal of Ms. Tran Thi Bich Hang from the position of Vice Chairman of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to take on a new assignment.

Decision No. 434/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the results of the dismissal of Mr. Dang Van Minh from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term.

The above Decisions take effect from May 21, 2024.

Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, born in 1969, is from Tay Phong commune, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province. In October 2019, Mr. Nghiem, then Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Hai district, was transferred and appointed by the People's Committee of Thai Binh province to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Thai Binh province.
