OPPO Find N5 will have a larger screen

Recently, Oppo shared a teaser to confirm the detailed screen specifications of this foldable smartphone.

Accordingly, two teaser images were shared on Oppo's official Weibo account. The first poster confirms the Find N5's internal screen size is 8.12 inches when opened. The other teaser confirms TUV Rheinland Crease free certification, in line with previous rumors.

According to the official statement, Find N5 uses the 4th generation waterdrop screen structure, protected by UTG glass,...It is also expected to be the world's thinnest foldable phone.

Previously, it was revealed that the device has an extremely thin design, measuring less than 9.2mm thick when folded and about 4mm when opened. It has an 8-inch internal display with 2K resolution with a nearly non-existent screen crease and a large external display for a seamless experience.

The Find N5 has a centrally-positioned rear camera module in a circular layout, a triple-lens camera with a 50MP main camera from Sony, combined with two additional 50MP cameras including a periscope telephoto lens. The device will have a two-cell battery with a total rated capacity of about 5,700 mAh and support for 80W wired fast charging.

This could be the first foldable phone to launch with a 7-core variant of Qualcomm's new and most powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset at the moment. The device has a maximum configuration of 16GB of RAM and internal storage of up to 1TB.

The device is equipped with IPX6, IPX8 and IPX9 water resistance and is the best waterproof foldable phone today. The device will be pre-installed with Android 15 operating system with ColorOS 15 user interface and support magnetic wireless charging, new white color version and fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button on the side.
