At the same time, DTT Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, also controlled by Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, bought 86.55 million KBC shares, accounting for 11.28% of Kinh Bac's charter capital. Previously, this company did not hold KBC shares.
Previously, DTT Investment and Development Company registered to receive the transfer of ownership of 86.55 million KBC shares from Mr. Dang Thanh Tam in the period from November 25, 2024 to December 24, 2024. The reason is that Mr. Tam contributed capital in the form of shares to this company.
However, at the end of the trading period, DTT Investment and Development Joint Stock Company could not receive the transfer of the above KBC shares because it had not completed the procedures at the competent authority.
Closing the trading session on January 22, KBC shares decreased by 1.36% to VND 28,950/share.
The time when Tan Tao's ITA shares were delisted from the stock exchange
More than 938 million ITA shares of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation (Tan Tao) will be delisted from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) from February 4.
The reason is that the listing organization seriously violated the obligation to disclose information, which is a case of securities being delisted by compulsory regulations. The last trading day of ITA is September 25, 2024 because ITA has been suspended from trading since September 26, 2024.
Previously, HoSE said that ITA shares were being monitored for violations because they had been warned due to the listed organization violating information disclosure 4 times or more within 1 year; and were under control from October 17, 2024 due to the company being late in submitting the audited semi-annual financial statements (BCTC) for 2024 more than 30 days after the prescribed deadline.
