Highlights from the opening ceremony of the Pho Festival 2025

More than 50 booths of businesses and pho brands from the North, Central and South regions participated in the performance, promoting the image and brand of Vietnamese Pho.

Pho Festival 2025 is organized by Hanoi Convention Center in coordination with Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center and other units.

The highlight of the Pho Festival 2025 is the first time AI technology has been used to advise and support customers in a culinary festival. The organizers applied AI - Chatbot technology in the event to enhance the experience of attendees, optimize the organization process and support event promotion. This AI technology is placed at the information desk area to advise customers in finding the booth and pho dish they want.

Many Hanoi pho brands have made a name for the capital's cuisine, such as: Pho Thin Bo Ho, Pho Tu Lun, Pho Hoang Gia, Pho Van Cu...

International tourists often enjoy the taste of Vietnamese pho.

The Belarusian Ambassador enjoys the taste of pho cuon, a specialty of Hanoi.

All ingredients are carefully preserved and cut by machine to ensure food safety and hygiene. The festival is a precious opportunity to introduce and promote the quintessence of pho culinary heritage - a dish that has conquered the hearts of many international tourists.

The organizers hope to introduce to tourists visiting Thang Long Imperial Citadel about Pho Festival 2025 to promote "Pho Hanoi" as a national intangible cultural product, a tourist destination to attract visitors to the program.
