Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , a leader of Bac Ninh Provincial Police confirmed that the police agency has just issued a document on handing over the seal of Kinh Bac University.

Accordingly, the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order of Bac Ninh Provincial Police has received, researched and resolved the content related to the seal of Kinh Bac University.

Specifically, the authorities determined that Mr. Doan Xuan Tiep is the legal representative, has the right to manage and operate Chan - Thien - My Company Limited and is the representative of investors, Chairman of the Board of Kinh Bac University.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hong's arbitrary dismissal of Mr. Tiep from the position of Chairman of the Board of Kinh Bac University and Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa from the position of Principal of the University is against the law.

Thus, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa is still the head, legal representative, and principal of this school.

According to the inspection record of the school's seal management and use, Ms. Hong is still holding the seal of Kinh Bac University.

Therefore, the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order of Bac Ninh Provincial Police requested Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hong to immediately hand over the round, wet seal and the embossed seal of Kinh Bac University to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - the school's principal - to manage and use according to Government regulations.

The Principal of Kinh Bac University is responsible for receiving the above two seals from Ms. Hong and managing and using them according to the law.

Kinh Bac University proactively reviews, withdraws or abolishes documents that use the Kinh Bac University seal in violation of regulations, and at the same time proposes and recommends that competent authorities consider and handle violations of the law.

Scandal at Kinh Bac University

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Principal of Kinh Bac University - said that in August 2024, a representative of the school's organization - administration - management department checked the place where the seal was stored, but the working group discovered that the seal was no longer in the storage cabinet and made a record of the incident.

Mr. Doan Xuan Tiep - Chairman of Kinh Bac University Council - said that Chan - Thien - My Company Limited had notified about the school's seal being illegally seized and requested Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hong to hand over the seal.

The Ministry of Education and Training also affirmed that the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa as the principal of Kinh Bac University was not in accordance with regulations and requested the investor, the school board, and the school principal to review, inspect, revise, supplement, replace, withdraw, and abolish documents issued in violation of procedures and authority.

Appointed individuals and those assigned tasks must not perform their duties according to the appointment decision or assignment decision in violation of the law.
