Strengthening organization and personnel
At the first conference held on February 24, the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies (term 2020 - 2025) announced the Party Committee's decisions on receiving, terminating activities, dissolving, establishing Party organizations; establishing advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee and decisions on personnel work.
Of which, 25 party cells and grassroots party committees and 634 party members were transferred to operate at the Party Committee. The Party Committee of the provincial party agencies decided to dissolve 1 grassroots party organization, establish 11 new grassroots party organizations on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of the party delegations and party executive committees; establish 4 specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of the provincial party agencies, including: Organization Committee, Inspection Committee, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Office of the Party Committee of the provincial party agencies in conjunction with perfecting the personnel of the heads and deputy heads of the above agencies.
According to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, in a very short time, with the spirit of urgency, initiative and responsibility of the Standing Committee members, Party Executive Committee members and specialized cadres of the Party Committee, a large volume of work of the Party Committee has been completed.
In response to the requirement of both preparing to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and preparing conditions to consolidate and arrange the organizational apparatus, ensuring progress and putting it into operation according to the direction of the Central and the province. The establishment of grassroots party organizations, advisory and support committees of the Party Committee is the basis for the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies to stabilize the organizational apparatus and put it into operation according to the requirements.
Comrade Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies said that this is a very new model of Party organization, the collective Party Committee, leaders of subordinate Party committees have unified awareness and action, while working, they learn from experience to improve, ensure compliance with Party regulations, have scientific and practical nature and above all serve the requirements of improving the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the entire provincial political system.
Focus on core tasks
The key work contents and tasks of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee were discussed and agreed upon at the first Conference of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Executive Committee (term 2020 - 2025) held on February 24, ensuring that the organization and apparatus soon stabilize and operate effectively, without leaving any time or tasks behind; associated with the determination to successfully complete the tasks in 2025.
According to comrade Nguyen Xuan Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, in the coming time, the Party Committee will focus on doing well the work of political education, monitoring, grasping, and orienting the ideology of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the entire Party Committee; especially the Party's policies on organizational and apparatus arrangement, in order to raise awareness, create high consensus and unity.
The Party Committee monitors and directs grassroots party organizations to continue to effectively implement Resolution No. 18 dated October 25, 2017 of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; and to reorganize the apparatus within agencies and units.
At the same time, well implement Regulation 455 dated February 22, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on job position transfer for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the provincial political system; prepare a report to send to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to synthesize and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to ensure the content as required...
Regarding the preparation for the congress, the Party Committee established the Sub-committees of the first Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 (2 contents).
Monitor, urge and direct the completion of the organization of congresses of party cells under the grassroots party committees. At the same time, adjust and issue guidelines for organizing grassroots congresses and selecting model congress units. Lead and direct grassroots party organizations to conduct congresses for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring progress and content according to regulations.
Party Secretary - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung shared that all activities of the Provincial People's Committee are under the direct leadership of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
The task set for the Party Committee is extremely heavy, accordingly, first of all, comrades in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee must set an example, unite, and take care to build each branch and subordinate Party Committee to be truly clean and strong.
Especially, it is necessary to do well the work of building the Party in terms of politics, ideology and organization; thoroughly educate cadres and Party members to deeply understand the resolutions, regulations and conclusions of the Central and the province for effective implementation.
