Mrs Earth Vietnam - Miss Earth Vietnam 2024 just held a press conference to announce information about the contest as well as the jury.

According to the Organizing Committee, the jury members of the contest will include: People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien - Head of the Advisory Board; Miss Phan Kim Oanh - Head of the Organizing Committee, Head of the Jury; Miss Sao Mai, Meritorious Artist Do Ky, Meritorious Artist Quang Teo (Tien Quang), People's Artist Nguyen Hai, Runner-up Quach Thi Than, Runner-up Minh Hue, singer Viet Tu.

People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien - member of the contest's Advisory Board shared: "The contest spreads positive messages for family and social life. I really hope that the artists and judges will work actively, properly and objectively to find representatives. Not only domestically but also to help bring the image of Vietnamese people and culture to the international community."

Mrs Earth is a prestigious international beauty pageant for ladies held annually in many countries around the world such as: Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Australia, India, Thailand, Bangladesh...

The contest is held with the aim of encouraging people with beauty, talent and soul to contribute to spreading the message of protecting the earth, protecting the green environment and the environment of behavior in life.

Speaking at the press conference - Head of the Miss Organizing Committee Phan Kim Oanh said: "This is a beauty contest exclusively for women aged 20 to 45, currently living and working in Vietnam, with the aim of finding women with typical beauty of Vietnamese women, with talent, intelligence, morality and courage, with a standard lifestyle, understanding the importance of protecting the environment, protecting natural heritages and personal actions always directed towards practical environmental activities.

The winners of the contest will join hands to spread the meaningful message of preserving a green - clean - beautiful environment and will be representatives to promote the beauty of Vietnamese women internationally when participating in the Mrs Earth International 2024 contest.

Eligible candidates for the 2024 Mrs. Earth Vietnam pageant are female Vietnamese citizens aged 20 to 45; currently living, studying, and working in Vietnam, with harmonious beauty (candidates who have undergone cosmetic surgery are accepted).

Candidates must be at least 1m55 tall; Married (currently married or divorced) or single mother (not registered for marriage). Education level must be high school graduate or higher; No criminal record, not under criminal prosecution.

The competition takes place in Hanoi from June 25 to June 30, 2024. The Preliminary Round takes place on June 25, selecting 70 candidates who best meet the competition criteria for the Semi-final Round.

The semi-final round will take place on June 29 with 3 competitions: Ao Dai; Evening Gown and Talent. The Final round is scheduled to take place on June 30, 2024 at the Hanoi Opera House.

The contest will award the title of Miss and 4 runners-up along with other awards. The best contestant will represent Vietnam at the Mrs Earth International 2024 contest held in the Philippines in November 2024.
