About 35km from Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, a famous destination, Vinh Hy Bay, has also begun to be crowded with tourists during the beach tourism season. Visitors to Vinh Hy are mainly from the southern and southwestern provinces. In addition, many tourists from the northern provinces stay for a long time and choose Vinh Hy as a resort. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Trinh, a tourist from Hai Phong City, said: I learned about Vinh Hy Bay through social networking platforms and decided to bring my whole family of 6 members to stay for more than 2 weeks. In the first 3 months of 2025, Ninh Thuan attracted 890,000 visitors to visit and relax, an increase of nearly 12% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching nearly 25% of the annual plan; of which, international visitors are estimated at 63,000, an increase of more than 168% over the same period; social income from tourism activities is estimated at 1,060 billion VND. Statistics from the Provincial Tourism Association show that over 80% of tourists coming to Ninh Thuan are for sea tourism. Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu, Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Tourism Association, said: According to information from travel agencies, from the April 30 holiday to the summer of 2025, there will be a lot of tourists coming to Ninh Thuan to enjoy the sea tourism season. To retain tourists, the Provincial Tourism Association encourages members to improve service quality, continuously renew destinations to help tourists have the best experience when coming to Ninh Thuan. And especially, we must ensure environmental sanitation so that Ninh Thuan tourism leaves an impression on visitors from near and far.
