Many inner city districts of Ho Chi Minh City are about to have water cut off.

TPO – Some areas in Ben Thanh Ward (District 1) and Wards 1 and 2 (District 11, Ho Chi Minh City) will have water supply interruptions on some nights of June 23, 24, 25 and early morning of June 26.

Carrying out the renovation of old, clogged pipes in front of house 14c, Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company has just announced the interruption of water supply in Ben Thanh Ward (District 1).

Accordingly, the interruption period is within 3 days. Specifically, from 10:00 p.m. on June 23 to 5:00 a.m. on June 24; from 10:00 p.m. on June 24 to 5:00 a.m. on June 25; from 10:00 p.m. on June 25 to 5:00 a.m. on June 26.

In addition, Phu Hoa Tan Water Supply Joint Stock Company has just announced the temporary suspension of water supply in some areas in Ward 1 and Ward 2 (District 11) to carry out the work of closing water to support the connection and sealing of water supply pipes of the project "Upgrading Hong Bang Road Pipeline (from Phu Tho to Minh Phung)".

The water supply suspension period lasts from 10pm on June 24 to 4am on June 25.

Areas where water supply is temporarily suspended include: Lac Long Quan Street (section from 45 Lac Long Quan to Phu Tho) and related alleys; Hong Bang Street (section from 708 Hong Bang to Minh Phung) and related alleys; Han Hai Nguyen Street (section from Minh Phung to 456 Han Hai Nguyen) and related alleys; Phu Tho Street (section from Lac Long Quan to Hong Bang) and related alleys; Minh Phung Street (section from Han Hai Nguyen to Hong Bang) and related alleys.

Ben Thanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company and Phu Hoa Tan Water Supply Joint Stock Company have notified agencies and households in the affected areas of water supply interruption to have a plan to reserve water for production, business and daily life during the above mentioned period.
