Saigon Water Corporation (Sawaco) has just announced the suspension of pumping stations level I and II to install machinery and equipment combined with periodic maintenance and repair work at Thu Duc Water Plant.
Water supply suspension time from 9:00 p.m. on November 16 (Saturday) to 5:00 a.m. on November 17 (Sunday).
Areas with interrupted water supply include: All of District 1, District 3 (except wards 12, 13, 14), District 5, District 10;
District 6: wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12; District 7: Tan Thuan Dong ward (Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone); District 8: wards 9, 10, 11, 12, 13; District 11: wards 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16; Binh Thanh district: wards 1, 2, 3, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25; Tan Binh district: wards 1, 3, 4, 5, 12; Phu Nhuan district: wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9;

Sawaco said that the unit will direct its affiliated units to regulate the water supply network to minimize areas with interrupted water supply, and at the same time increase water supply by tanker trucks to key locations.
