On February 7, Soc Trang Lottery Company held a conference to summarize business activities in 2024 and deploy plans for 2025.
In 2024, Soc Trang Lottery Company's sales revenue was VND 6,449 billion, up 2.07% over the same period. Pre-tax profit was VND 847 billion. The company paid VND 2,162 billion to the budget, reaching over 116% of the plan and increasing 23.54% over the same period.
In addition, this enterprise also collected and paid to the provincial budget personal income tax of prize winners and personal income tax of agents over 216 billion VND.
Not only does it contribute a "huge" budget, accounting for nearly 40% of the province's total budget revenue (in 2024, the total budget revenue of Soc Trang province is 5,534 billion VND), Soc Trang Lottery Company also actively participates in social and charitable work such as building houses for poor households, sponsoring scholarships... with an amount of nearly 19 billion VND.
The leader of Soc Trang Lottery Company said that in 2025, it strives to achieve sales of 6,865 billion VND, pre-tax profit of 848 billion VND and budget contribution of 2,220 billion VND.
In addition to Soc Trang Lottery Company, other lottery companies in the West also contribute a large amount to the local budget.
In 2024, the lottery business of Can Tho Lottery Company continues to develop, maintaining the growth rate. Sales revenue is 6,450 billion VND, reaching more than 103% of the plan, up 2.05% compared to 2023.
Pre-tax profit reached 774.1 billion VND. The company paid 1,980 billion VND to the state budget, exceeding the plan by 215 billion VND.
In addition to contributing a large amount to the city budget, Can Tho Lottery Company also sponsors the construction of solidarity houses, gratitude houses, education and healthcare... with a total amount of more than 12.4 billion VND, contributing to the good implementation of social security work in the city.

In 2024, Ca Mau Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. will pay VND 2,220 billion to the state budget. Mr. Le Thanh Hai - Chairman of Ca Mau Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. - shared that in addition to business tasks, the company always pays attention to doing a good job in social security work.
Over the past 5 years, the company has spent more than 23 billion VND to support the construction of charity houses, houses for the poor, solidarity houses, and shelters; support education promotion; and provide eye surgery to bring light to the blind and disadvantaged people in remote areas.
In 2024 alone, the total amount of support for social security implementation is more than 8.6 billion VND, the highest in recent years.
According to the Ca Mau Provincial Tax Department, the total budget revenue in the province in 2024 will reach VND 5,800 billion, of which lottery revenue will be VND 2,220 billion, accounting for nearly 38.3%.
