Writer Nguyen Ngoc Tu.
"Fixing a Cloud" is a collection of 10 short stories by author Nguyen Ngoc Tu. This collection of stories "takes readers into a new space in a silent but personal literary journey" by a writer from the Southern region.
Due to personal reasons, writer Nguyen Ngoc Tu was unable to receive the award at the award ceremony recently held in Kunming city, Yunnan province, China.
Dien Tri Literature Magazine was founded in 1979 and is a cultural publication of Yunnan Province. The organizers said the award always follows the principle of focusing on the quality of works, not favoring famous writers, and supporting many young potential writers.

Writer Nguyen Ngoc Tu, 47 years old, living in Ca Mau, is the author of many famous works: "Island", "Splendid Sky Smoke", "Endless Field", "Single Wind", "No One Crosses the River", "Empty Luggage".
The author has received many domestic and international literary awards such as: Tuoi Tieu Literary Award, ASEAN Literary Award 2008. Some of Nguyen Ngoc Tu's books have been translated into Korean, English, German and Swedish.
