QTO - On July 1, 1989, from the common roof of Binh Tri Thien, Quang Tri province was re-established. Mr. Tran Trong Ton held the position of the first Editor-in-Chief of Quang Tri Newspaper. In the context of many difficulties with a small team of cadres, reporters and employees, on July 13, 1989, Mr. Tran Trong Ton and his colleagues contributed to the publication of the first issue of Quang Tri Newspaper.
