On the morning of February 5, speaking with VietNamNet reporters, the leader of the People's Committee of Quang Trung Ward (Vinh City, Nghe An) said that the woman who fell from her car onto the street while naked was mentally unstable due to being drunk.

According to the leader of Quang Trung ward, the incident happened on Hong Bang street (Quang Trung ward). The woman in the clip is Ms. NTN (born in 1980, residing in Quang Trung ward).

"After the clip caused a stir on social media, last night (February 4), Quang Trung Ward Police invited those involved to come in for questioning.

Through information, the woman fell on the street due to drinking alcohol, leading to psychological instability. After the incident, the police will propose a solution," said the leader of Quang Trung ward.

Previously, on the evening of February 4, a 2-minute clip was circulated on social media, recording the scene of a car with license plate 37A-35xxx traveling on a road in Vinh City when the door opened and a naked woman suddenly fell out of the car onto the road.
