In practice, cashless payments help limit the amount of cash in circulation, reduce social costs, expand space, and shorten the time for buying and selling goods and services. To date, about 212,000 customers of Vietcombank Ha Tinh have registered to use Vietcombank Digibank, accounting for about 60% of the total number of individual customers in the entire branch. Not only people in cities, towns, and townships but also rural areas have begun to catch up with this modern form of payment, especially during Tet.
