The Quang Binh Association in Dong Nai was established in 1997. Through the stages of transferring the position of Chairman of the Association, to the predecessor, Doctor, People's Physician Tu Thanh Chuong. During its operation, the Quang Binh Association in Dong Nai has made many positive contributions to the local community and homeland.

In 1698, he obeyed the order of Lord Nguyen "to go to Dong Nai to inspect the land, establish the new land into Gia Dinh prefecture including 2 districts: Phuoc Long, built Tran Bien palace; Tan Binh built Phien Tran palace" and then recruited people from Ngu Quang (Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Duc, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai) to settle in Tran Bien.

Thus, since ancient times, many generations of Quang Binh people have set foot in Dong Nai. Later, through many historical changes, the Quang Binh community in Dong Nai has grown more and more. The Quang Binh community in Dong Nai was formed, promoting the best traditions, connecting, sharing difficulties, supporting and helping each other in life and always looking back to the origin.

Although interrupted at the provincial level, the Quang Binh community in Dong Nai still maintains the activities of the Youth Union groups in each district, commune and cultural and artistic clubs. The Quang Binh Business Club in Dong Nai, formerly and currently named Nguyen Huu Canh Business Club, has become the "core" of the Quang Binh Youth Union in Dong Nai, a place for meeting, exchanging, and learning experiences between entrepreneurs, business owners, managers... of Quang Binh origin living and working in Dong Nai province.

“The name Nguyen Huu Canh Business Club is used so that the children of Quang Binh in Dong Nai will always remember the great contributions of the person who opened up the South, and at the same time remind themselves that they are from Quang Binh,” said Dang Xuan Trung. “When the homeland has important events or natural disasters or floods, Nguyen Huu Canh Business Club is the focal point to mobilize all resources to send back to support the people.”

In the Nguyen Huu Canh Business Club, there is Mr. Dang Minh Duc, Director of Kien Dat Viet Design and Construction Company Limited (Bien Hoa City), who has been accompanying and connecting Quang Binh people far from home to their roots for many years. "During the historic flood in the Central region in October 2024, when I heard that my hometown was severely damaged by natural disasters, I and many businessmen in the Dong Nai Business Association and the Nguyen Huu Canh Business Club organized a campaign, raised over 1 billion VND and went directly to Quang Binh to share the difficulties with the people of Le Thuy district," Mr. Dang Minh Duc recalled.

Mr. Ha Ngoc Dung said that many times he and the members of the Nguyen Huu Canh Business Club turned to their hometown: "Every year when Quang Ninh district organizes a traditional boat racing festival on Nhat Le river, I also support more or less. Especially, in 2016 and 2020, my hometown was affected by natural disasters, my friends and I mobilized more than 1.3 billion VND to help the people of my hometown...".

Officially completed and consolidated in the 2025-2030 term, the Quang Binh Association in Dong Nai continues to be a solid support, accompanying and sharing with the children of Quang Binh homeland to build a new, prosperous and happy life; at the same time actively contributing to helping the "two homelands" of Quang Binh-Dong Nai get closer together on the path of development.
