* On the morning of December 14, in the capital city of New Delhi, India, Nghe An province coordinated with the Vietnamese Embassy in India and the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to organize the Workshop "Exploring investment opportunities in Nghe An", to promote the environment and investment and business opportunities to Indian enterprises and investors.

* On the morning of December 14, the Nghe An Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin held a conference to review the work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024. * On the morning of December 14, the Traffic Safety Committee of Nghe An province coordinated with relevant units to organize a ceremony to present helmets to first graders for the 2023-2024 school year with the theme "Keeping Dreams Alive". Over 71,000 helmets will be presented to first graders for the 2023-2024 school year at 494 primary schools in the province.

* Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 13348/BTC-TCT dated December 4 of the Ministry of Finance on coordinating and directing the management and use of electronic invoices for petroleum business and retail activities, on December 13, 2023, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued Document No. 10658/UBND-KT to direct and urge.
