(NLDO) - Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the organization and personnel of Party Committees and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee.
On February 13, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the organization and personnel of Party Committees and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee. Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the conference.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the decision to end the activities of the Party delegations and Party executive committees established by the Provincial Party Committee. Specifically, the decision ended the activities of 8 Party delegations and 3 Party executive committees: the Provincial People's Council Party delegation; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Party delegation; the Provincial Women's Union Party delegation; the Provincial Labor Federation Party delegation; the Provincial Farmers' Association Party delegation; the Provincial Veterans' Association Party delegation; the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations Party delegation; the Provincial Literature and Arts Association Party delegation; the Provincial People's Committee Party delegation; the Provincial People's Court Party delegation; the Provincial People's Procuracy Party delegation.
Decision to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, the Provincial Enterprise Bloc Party Committee, and the Provincial Cadre Health Care Committee. Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term under the Provincial Party Executive Committee. These two Party Committees officially came into operation from February 13, 2025. Decision to appoint personnel to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

At the time of its establishment, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies had 20 grassroots party organizations and 722 party members. Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term. Mr. Pham Trong Hoang - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee - was appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
At the time of its establishment, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee had 67 grassroots party organizations and 7,346 party members, including 51 grassroots party organizations with 5,482 party members under the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and 16 grassroots party organizations with 1,864 party members under the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Enterprises.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Mr. Bui Thanh An - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - was appointed to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. Messrs. Pham Tuan Vinh, Hoang Van Nhien, and Chu Ba Long were appointed to hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Decision on merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the name after the merger is the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee. Decision on assigning and appointing Mr. Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee - to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has 7 deputy heads, including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa, Mr. Vo Van Dung, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh, Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh, Mr. Phan Thanh Doai, and Mr. Phan Dinh Dat.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and presented flowers to congratulate the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee agencies; the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
