This is the collateral for the loan of Thanh An Trading Company Limited (operating in the pharmaceutical sector, Mr. Chu Van An is the legal representative) and Dung Phat Trading and Construction Company Limited (operating in the construction sector, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung is the legal representative).
The starting price of this villa is up to 204.447 billion VND, excluding VAT. Auction participants are required to deposit 20.444 billion VND.
The second auctioned property is villa number 08, row T6. This villa is less impressive, with a land area of 230m2. The villa was built on an area of 116.5m2, with a total floor area of 316m2.
This is the collateral for the loan of Minh Ngoc International Import Export Trading Investment Company Limited (operating in the construction sector, Mr. Nguyen Van Doan is the legal representative).
The starting price for the auction of this asset is VND92,534 billion (excluding VAT). Auction participants must deposit VND9,253 billion.
The total starting price of the two assets above has reached approximately 300 billion VND.
With a scale of 301 hectares, Ciputra Hanoi urban area is invested by Nam Thang Long Urban Area Development Company Limited, a joint venture between Urban Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation (Vietnam) and Ciputra Group (Indonesia).
