Ms. Truong Minh Trang - JobHopin Sales Director shares data on Finovate Innovation Days that have taken place.
The need for digital transformation amid the recent economic recession has brought banks and fintechs closer together to find solutions to improve customer experience, bringing benefits to all parties involved in the financial sector. "There is no general formula to ensure the success of a digital transformation strategy, however, exchanging experiences and cooperation between financial institutions is considered a necessary approach to build a strong foundation," said Ms. Truong Minh Trang, Business Director of JobHopin.
According to a report published by DBS in May 2023, Vietnam ranked second among 10 countries surveyed in terms of the level of digital transformation application in improving customer experience and engagement, higher than the US, UK, Australia, China and India.
"In Vietnam, the economic situation is more positive and starting to show signs of improvement. Domestic fintech is promoting the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing to automate and optimize business and operations," the representative of the unit shared at the announcement of the Finovate Innovation Day event.
This year is the first time the event took place in Hanoi (July 22), organized by JobHopin in collaboration with the National Innovation Center (NIC), with topics revolving around the application of Big Data in digital banking operations, improving financial security thanks to AI, and the role of ESG (environmental - social - governance) indicators in the digital transformation era.
