Vinh Phuc province promotes tourism in Da Nang

According to Vice Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu, through this conference, Vinh Phuc province hopes to build a brand, connect and cooperate in tourism development with Da Nang city in the coming time; focus on exploiting key markets in Da Nang city and the Central provinces, contributing to sustainable growth of domestic tourists. On this occasion, tourism units between the two localities signed memorandums of understanding on tourism development cooperation.

Vinh Phuc province is located entirely in the geographical and cultural transition zone from the mountainous and midland areas of the Northwest to the Southeast plain of the Red River Delta, so it has all three landscape areas: mountainous, midland, and plain, creating a very rich and diverse ecological area with many attractive landscapes. In the province, there are many tourist attractions, of which Tam Dao town continues to receive the award "World's Leading Destination Town".

* On April 11, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi received and worked with a delegation from Hoa Binh province, led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Chuong, to exchange experiences in administrative reform.

At the meeting, a representative of the city's Department of Home Affairs said that administrative reform in Da Nang has been implemented synchronously, with focus and key points. The organization and apparatus of administrative agencies have been arranged according to the roadmap, ensuring smooth operations. The city has promoted administrative procedure reform, simplified processes, and at the same time linked to digital transformation, building e-government and digital government. In the first quarter of 2025, Da Nang integrated 917 services onto the National Public Service Portal (49%, exceeding the national target). The city has established online interaction channels between the government and the people to enhance two-way feedback and improve service efficiency.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi emphasized that administrative reform is a key task, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, serving people and businesses. The city identifies digital transformation as an important foundation, associated with innovation and application of technology in management.

The leaders of the two localities agreed to increase experience sharing and promote cooperation in the coming time, contributing to improving the quality of public service and building a modern and professional administration. On this occasion, the delegation from Hoa Binh province visited the Smart City Operation and Monitoring Center (IOC) of Da Nang city.
