2024 is shaping up to be the year of artificial intelligence (AI), with the use of generative AI in the workplace nearly doubling in the first six months of the year. According to Microsoft’s “2024 Work Trends Index,” 64% of employees worldwide are struggling with the pressure to keep up with the pace and volume of work. With the exponential increase in emails and meetings, 70% of employees want AI to help them lighten the load so they can focus more on creative and strategic work.
The report also found that 88% of knowledge workers in Vietnam are currently using generative AI in the workplace. Many say that generative AI saves time, enhances creativity, and allows them to focus on important tasks. Generative AI has penetrated every field and industry in life. In fact, organizations and businesses that have implemented generative AI solutions early have also begun to record specific benefits.

Microsoft 365 Copilot helps De Heus employees analyze long email threads, suggest responses, and help find relevant information. Microsoft 365 Copilot also helps provide reminders of important tasks to complete, summarize and analyze meeting content, and track tasks assigned on Teams.
In addition, Microsoft 365 Copilot also has the ability to use a variety of available document and content sources, for example from Word files you can create presentations using PowerPoints.
For procurement staff, Microsoft 365 Copilot also helps them compare and recommend based on project information, contracts, and transaction histories.
In particular, Microsoft 365 Copilot is also an assistant that helps financial accounting staff query data quickly, analyze data from many different sources, and support the decision-making process.
In addition, De Heus is currently working with Microsoft and SoftwareOne to deploy the Microsoft 365 E3 package and build a security platform across the entire group, helping De Heus manage users' devices and data, especially when using Copilot.
