Lonely male driver successfully pairs up with single mother 13 years younger

In the new episode of You Want to Date , MC Quyen Linh and Ngoc Lan help two people whose marriages have failed. The male lead is Le Van Thanh (60 years old) who works as a motorbike taxi driver.

He said that because he was an orphan, he had no hometown, relatives or parents. Currently, he lives alone in Ho Chi Minh City, so he is often sad, even sometimes in tears. Van Thanh introduced himself as a gentle, cheerful, emotional person, so he is easily moved.

His first marriage ended more than 30 years ago. His ex-wife moved abroad and sponsored her son (now 39) to come with her. Since then, he has had little contact with his son. Van Thanh said that at that time he was young and fun-loving. The couple did not get along so they decided to end the relationship.

After that, the groom lived with a woman from the same hometown as his adoptive mother for 20 years. They had no children together and recently ended their relationship. Van Thanh said that once, his girlfriend went back to her hometown and never came back.

She explained that her family did not agree to let her go up there, so she stayed home to help the family, and when she got old, her siblings would take care of her. "After a while, I heard people say she had a boyfriend. I went back to my hometown to find out, and everyone in the neighborhood said the same thing.

Her younger siblings even said she was married and had a wedding. Since then, my heart has been broken, I don't know anything," Van Thanh said, choking up.

The groom's family said that the reason could be because the two had a losing business. Since then, they were no longer happy together. Van Thanh affirmed that he no longer loved her, but after the incident, his heart was closed.

Because he lived alone, Van Thanh was sad and had no one to confide in or share with. When he was sick, he endured it himself or asked his brothers to help him. He drove a motorbike taxi to earn money and ate frugally to make ends meet. At the age of sixty, the groom's family hoped to find a woman to accompany him in old age.

On the show, he was paired with Le Thi Thuy (47 years old), who lives and runs a laundry shop in Ho Chi Minh City. When she was young, she dated someone but broke up because she was still impulsive.

After that, she got married to someone else and got pregnant. While cleaning out the closet, Thuy discovered that the man had not divorced his wife. She could not accept this so she decided to break up. Since then, the girl's family has raised the children alone. The eldest child is 23 years old and is married and has just given birth. The youngest child is 9 years old and is still in school and living with her mother.

The first time they met, Thuy said that she and Van Thanh had similar circumstances. She expressed her wish to find a man who did not smoke, was faithful and could sympathize with her.

Van Thanh revealed that he smokes, but does not drink or gamble. He wants someone to be his companion, to share his rides home and take care of each other, to live honestly, without lies.

At the end of the conversation, Le Thi Thuy and Le Van Thanh both pressed the button, giving each other a chance to get to know each other. Then, the groom gave the bride her first kiss on the cheek.
