Kinhtedothi - On the morning of December 13, the Dong Da District Party Executive Committee held the 24th Conference to discuss and give opinions on a number of important contents.
The conference gave opinions on the report summarizing the work in 2024, the directions and key tasks in 2025 of the District Party Committee; the 2025 work program of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; the inspection and supervision plan of the District Party Committee in 2025; the Project to establish Party Committees after rearranging administrative units of wards in the District according to Resolution No. 1286/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Hanoi City, period 2023-2025; the Submission for opinions on the policy of allocating the State budget estimate for 2025 in Dong Da district.
In 2024, the Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people of Dong Da district have strived to achieve comprehensive results. Up to now, the district has completed and exceeded 14/14 set targets. The economy continues to grow well, the budget revenue has so far reached 15,283 billion VND/14,960 billion, reaching 102%. Disbursement work to date has reached 829.9 billion VND, reaching 251.7% of the plan assigned by the city (329,699 billion VND); reaching 877 billion VND, reaching 71.3% of the plan assigned by the district (1,229,699 billion VND). Striving to reach an estimated 98.02% of the plan assigned by the district. Planning, planning management, urban management, construction order; Land management, environmental resources, and urban civilized order have achieved results.
In addition, culture, education and health care are given attention. Disease prevention, especially dengue fever, is carried out resolutely; social security work is promptly and fully implemented with policies and regimes for people with meritorious services, policy beneficiaries and social protection beneficiaries.
Political security and social order and safety were maintained. Party building and political system building were focused on and implemented, achieving comprehensive, synchronous and effective results; 312/291 new party members were admitted, reaching 107% of the target assigned by the city.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of Dong Da District Party Committee Dinh Truong Tho commended, acknowledged and pointed out a number of difficulties and limitations that need to be addressed. At the same time, he requested that Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, and socio-political organizations focus on directing the review and completion of targets and tasks for the 2020-2025 term according to the Resolution of the 28th District Party Congress, 10 work programs of the City Party Committee; 5 main tasks and 3 breakthroughs of the City; 7 major work programs of the District Party Committee.
In particular, there are solutions to promote economic development, sustainable budget collection solutions (budget collection in 2025, the city plans to allocate 18,022 billion VND, equal to 120.46% of the estimate in 2024). Focus on implementing projects, promoting disbursement of capital construction investment, key projects of the district.
In particular, focus on leading and directing the implementation of the Project on rearranging administrative units at the ward level in Dong Da district for the period 2023 - 2025 in accordance with procedures, regulations, publicity, transparency and safety; urgently stabilize the apparatus of the wards after the rearrangement to be completed in January 2025.
In addition, effectively carry out the political activities on studying and thoroughly grasping the topic of "New era, the era of national rise" - according to the direction of the City Party Committee, Party cells in the entire City Party Committee simultaneously held activities on this topic in December. Closely following the direction of the Central Committee, City Party Committee, District Party Committee on the Plan to organize grassroots Party Congresses towards the 29th District Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; lead the organization of Congresses of Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term. Focus on directing units to conduct grassroots Party Congresses and prepare well all conditions for the successful organization of the 29th District Party Congress.
In addition, ensure the implementation of policies for people with meritorious services, along with social security so that people can celebrate the Lunar New Year happily, safely, economically, ensuring that everyone and every family has a Tet.
