Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi People's Committee has issued Decision No. 30/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025, approving the 2025 land use plan for Dong Da district.
According to the Decision, the approved land use plan for Dong Da district in 2025 includes a list of 25 projects with a total area of 13.6599 hectares.
During the implementation year, the People's Committee of Dong Da District is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the feasibility of projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan. In case of the emergence of projects with sufficient legal basis and feasibility, the People's Committee of Dong Da District shall compile and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for submission to the Hanoi People's Committee for approval of the supplementary land use plan to serve as a basis for implementation according to regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigns the Dong Da District People's Committee to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of land law; to carry out land acquisition in accordance with the approved land use plan; to organize inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; to detect and promptly handle cases of violations of the land use plan; and to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation process of the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan.
In addition, it is necessary to carefully determine the funding sources for implementing the land use plan to ensure its feasibility. The implementation of the land use plan must be rigorous and ensure that the land use targets approved by the City People's Committee are met. A report on the results of the land use plan implementation must be submitted before October 15, 2025.
In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for land allocation, land leasing, and land use conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. It also conducts inspections of the implementation of the land use plan and regularly updates the list of eligible projects and works for submission to the City People's Committee for approval and inclusion in the annual land use plan as prescribed.
