One month 5 real estate trading floor ceased operation

The Department of Housing Development and Real Estate Market under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has just published information on real estate trading floors in the area.

Accordingly, Ho Chi Minh City currently has 60 real estate trading floors in operation. These floors were established in the period from 2017 to November 2022.

Previously, in December 2022, 5 real estate trading floors ceased operations.

Specifically, Wonderland real estate trading floor (District 3, established in 2021); Hiep Long real estate trading floor (Tan Binh district, established in 2020); DPV real estate trading floor (District 3, established in 2019); Milestone Land real estate trading floor (Thu Duc city, established in 2019); Trung Thinh real estate trading floor (District 6, established in 2017).

In September 2019, Hoang Anh real estate trading floor (District 10, established in 2009) ceased operations.

Previously, in October 2022, the City Department of Construction issued a plan to inspect the compliance with legal regulations of 61 real estate trading floors in the area. These are the floors whose information was posted on the Department of Construction's electronic information page as of September 30, 2022.

The 61 trading floors in the Department of Construction's checklist are located in 16/22 district-level administrative units. Six localities do not have trading floors in this list, including District 5, District 11, Binh Tan, and Cu Chi, Hoc Mon and Can Gio districts.

The inspection contents include: Activities related to transactions of buying, selling, transferring, leasing, subleasing, and leasing-purchasing real estate; organizing the sale, transfer, leasing, subleasing, and leasing-purchasing of real estate; introducing, listing, and publicly providing information about real estate to parties wishing to transact.
