(NLDO) - The Central Party Secretariat has agreed to allow Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province Bui Van Khanh to retire before the age of 18.
On December 17, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the process of personnel work. Accordingly, the conference approved Report No. 147 dated December 16 of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee on introducing personnel for the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Previously, on December 3, Mr. Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, submitted a resignation letter. On December 12, the Central Party Secretariat approved Mr. Bui Van Khanh's early retirement.

It is known that Mr. Bui Van Khanh (60 years old, from Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong), is a doctor of economics. From July 2019 to present, Mr. Khanh has held the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province. Previously, Mr. Khanh was Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh town.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee unanimously approved the list of personnel meeting the standards and conditions to introduce Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The conference carried out the steps according to the personnel work process. The result of Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province, was highly unanimous, reaching 100% and unanimously submitted to the Central Committee for consideration and decision.
