Because, there are cases that only originate from small conflicts related to seating arrangements in the company but the consequences are too serious: 1 person died, 4 others were injured. It is worth mentioning that the injured people are also the defendants, as in the case that occurred on March 9, 2022 at an industrial park (IP) in Chon Thanh Town (Binh Phuoc).
Accordingly, due to a disagreement regarding the arrangement of work seats in the company between female worker Le Thi Kim Cuc and manager Nguyen Thi Trang, Trang texted her sister to inform her about the incident out of anger. The next day, Trang's sister and 5 others were present near Trang's company to "talk right and wrong", leading to a melee. Cuc used a knife to stab 1 person to death and 4 others in Trang's group were injured... But the injured people, along with another defendant in Trang's group, were also sentenced by the court for "disturbing public order"; including 2 couples and the defendants were all raising young children...

Murder cases arising from petty conflicts in life like the above case were also brought up by union officials of a company in Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park (Binh Phuoc) during a meeting with National Assembly delegates of Binh Phuoc province on May 16. These are situations of quarreling and fighting outside the company gate causing disorder and in need of timely support from the industrial park security force.
To prevent small conflicts from leading to major consequences, it is necessary for other workers to join hands in behaving in a civilized and appropriate manner. The grassroots trade union organization also needs to closely monitor and promptly grasp any instability that arises during the work process to handle and extinguish it right from the beginning. Along with that, the company's security guards and security forces in the industrial parks need to quickly intervene to prevent and handle incidents that occur.
