According to the clip, a man riding a motorbike carrying a person behind suddenly overtook another motorbike driven by a woman and used his foot to knock it over.

The clip was then shared on social networks, causing outrage among many people.

According to research, the above clip was recorded at the intersection of Nguyen Thi Thap - Nguyen Huu Tho, District 7, (near LOTTE Mart District 7).

A representative of the Traffic Police - Order Team of District 7 Police said they have not yet determined the time the clip was recorded or the people involved.
