Ms. Nguyen Anh Van, Deputy General Director of LPBank received the International Payment Quality Excellence Award in 2023 and 2024 from Ms. Phan Bich Van, General Director of JPMorgan Chase Vietnam.
The award ceremony took place solemnly at LPBank's headquarters with the participation of representatives of the Board of Directors of the two banking and financial institutions. On JPMorgan Chase's side, there was the presence of Ms. Phan Bich Van - General Director of JPMorgan Vietnam; Ms. Jing Zhang - Managing Director, Trade Expert for Asia and representatives of relevant departments. On LPBank's side, there was the participation of Ms. Nguyen Anh Van - Deputy General Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Vui - Member of the Executive Board and representatives of some functional Departments/Divisions. Since 1997, JPMorgan Chase's International Payment Quality Excellence Award has become an important measure, recognizing the most outstanding partner banks in automating international transaction processing. This award not only honors efforts in achieving automatic processing rate (STP), but also affirms the ability to operate quickly, accurately and effectively, while minimizing risks and enhancing the reputation of partner banks.

Specifically, when the rate of processing electricity for USD payment services, the rate of continuous processing electricity reached 100%.
