Book a taxi quickly and easily on LPBank app

The “Book a taxi” utility on the LPBank application is a service marking the cooperation between Loc Phat Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Emddi - an online vehicle dispatching technology platform developed by experts and scientists at Hanoi National University.

Through the utility, with just a few simple steps, customers can start a safe and convenient transportation journey with the Emddi taxi system covering all over Vietnam. Booking and payment are now easy right on the LPBank Digital Banking application.

Instructions for booking a taxi on LPBank app:

Step 1: Log in to LPBank application and select "Extensions".

Step 2: In the "Other Services" section, select "Book Emddi Taxi".

Step 3: Click “Agree” to go to the service booking screen.

Step 4: At the location permission notification screen, tap “Allow”.

Step 5: Enter pick-up and destination addresses.

Step 6: Select vehicle type and click “Book Emddi Taxi”.

Step 7: Select payment account and click “Continue”.

Step 8: Click “Confirm” to confirm payment information.

Step 9: Enter the OTP code and click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

Step 10: Track the trip information.
