Born in 1934; Hometown: Van Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, Nghe An Province; Permanent residence: 497/35A Su Van Hanh Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City; passed away at 2:40 a.m. on March 9, 2025 (February 10, At Ty Year); at the age of 91.
