On the morning of June 13, the experiential spaces at the 2024 Cashless Festival are gradually being completed on Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) to be ready for the opening ceremony, welcoming people and tourists to experience the most modern payment technologies and cashless services and purchases.
The Concentrated Promotion Program - "Shopping Season" 2024 will also be opened within the framework of the festival with a series of big incentives and promotions that will be activated to launch a "storm" of incentives for consumers.
Working all night to build the festival space Cashless
On June 13, the 2024 Cashless Festival space at Nguyen Hue walking street was gradually completed, construction units were completing the final stages from decoration, installing machinery to wait for the opening moment.
Notably, banks, credit institutions, and businesses all pay great attention to their experience spaces from design, construction to decoration.
Continuously directing the workers, Mr. Le Manh Cuong (representative of the booth construction unit for the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Vietcombank) said that this year Vietcombank created a booth with many elaborate curved details, the overall finished look like a passenger car.
According to Mr. Cuong, curved lines are the trend this year, but because of the high level of difficulty, he always has to closely follow the construction team to ensure the most beautiful appearance. To create this design, the unit took a month to finalize the design.

Meanwhile, sharing with Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Lam Truong Nhat - representative of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) - said that the construction team stayed up all night to take advantage of the cool weather and complete and repair any problems that arose at the booth.
According to Mr. Nhat, unlike last year, this year ACB's booth will focus on cute mascots that match the bank's trends and orientation.
Meanwhile, Mr. Duc Kien Anh - VNPAY representative - was also present at the event early to urge and supervise the completion of the booth construction. According to Mr. Anh, VNPAY's "key" program this year is to bring to the festival 1,000 VND baguettes, customers only need to scan the QR-VNPAY code to pay 1,000 VND to buy bread.
"We want to help customers experience the convenience and speed of cashless payment. We plan to sell about 500 sandwiches on Saturday night and Sunday morning at the festival," said Mr. Anh.

Cashless Festival 2024 is an event of the program "Cashless Day - June 16" with the theme "Promoting the development of safe cashless transactions".
The program took place from June 14 to 16, with the participation of commercial banks, e-commerce enterprises, payment intermediary enterprises, enterprises trading in fashion products, food, consumer goods, enterprises trading in essential services (electricity, water, healthcare)...
The program was jointly organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Information Technology, Department of Payment and Department of Communications - State Bank at Nguyen Hue walking street.

During the three days of June 14, 15 and 16, booths, businesses, and banks such as Vietcombank, HDBank, Techcombank, ACB, BIDV, TPBank, Nam A Bank, SHB, Agribank, Eximbank, VPBank, Cake by VPBank... will have many programs and activities to help people approach and get acquainted with new payment methods to understand the benefits of cashless payments and gradually change their payment habits from cash to other modern, safe, and convenient payment methods.
At the same time, banks and credit institutions will also have a series of gifts sent to people to experience.
In particular, the workshop "Smart with money" took place on June 15, KOC demonstrated livestream sales skills on June 16 along with a series of interactive activities of accompanying units with a shower of gifts for participants with a focus on improving customers' financial skills in payment.

At 8pm on June 14, 7:15pm on June 15, and 7pm on June 16, special art programs will be held right on Nguyen Hue walking street with the participation of famous artists such as Phuong Vy, Luu Huong Giang, Ricky Star, Trong Hieu, Hoang Yen Chibi...
In the product and service display area, the organizers will create a festival simulating a miniature cashless society, helping people experience payment technologies, services, and cashless purchases, with special attention to transaction instructions, safe cashless payments, and a cashless sales area for food stalls.
