In a frank and democratic spirit, youth union members of Can Loc district (Ha Tinh) expressed their concerns as well as their thoughts and aspirations to local leaders.

On the afternoon of July 31, Can Loc district organized a dialogue conference between the Chairman of the District People's Committee and union members and youth. Also attending were representatives of department leaders and more than 200 union members, representing more than 7,000 youth in the entire district.

At the dialogue, in the spirit of frankness and democracy, the youth union members of Can Loc district expressed and shared their aspirations, concerns and questions as well as made proposals and recommendations related to the issue of "Can Loc district youth with the issue of digital transformation and digital economic development". Especially issues such as: digital rights, digital economy and digital society; advantages, difficulties, challenges, tasks and solutions to implement the digital transformation program and develop the digital economy in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; propaganda to raise awareness and orient youth to promote their pioneering role in actively participating in the process of digital transformation and digital economic development in implementing the socio-economic development plan.

Can Loc district's youth union members have also proposed a number of policies to support youth in accessing capital sources for economic development; orientation to support knowledge on labor export; training to improve capacity for grassroots union officials; solutions to address the aging of youth union members; issues of party development among youth union members, etc.

Can Loc Youth also proposed that the locality strengthen inspection and examination of compliance with legal regulations, strictly handle violations related to network security, internet business, especially online gambling, food safety and hygiene, traffic safety, etc.

At the conference, local youth union members also sent 17 questions (in writing) on issues related to digital transformation to district leaders. These questions were assigned by the Chairman of the District People's Committee to relevant departments, branches and localities to thoroughly answer.
