Branch No. 3 has 3 locations, located at the "one-stop" department of 3 districts Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Ba Dinh at the addresses: 126 Hang Trong Street, Hoan Kiem District; 61 Hoang Cau Street, Dong Da District and 25 Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District.
On the first day of operation of the branch on the morning of April 1, at the transaction point at 126 Hang Trong Street, there were quite a lot of people coming to handle procedures for birth registration, death registration, land registration...
The process of receiving, guiding and processing documents is very quick and convenient because it has been digitized.
People coming to transact are assisted by Center staff to get a queue number via an automatic kiosk, perform administrative procedures online and digitize documents on the spot.
As one of the first people to experience the service on the morning of April 1, Mr. Nguyen Van Nghiep, residing in Hang Trong ward, said that he came to do the procedure to correct the year of birth on his birth certificate and received enthusiastic guidance from the staff.
"All services are digitized with very convenient and fast software. I am not yet proficient in using them, but the branch staff has given me detailed instructions," Mr. Nguyen Van Nghiep shared.
In order for the branch to operate effectively and ensure no interruption in procedures on the first day of opening, coordination between relevant units has been implemented synchronously, including support from the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District.
Mr. Bui The Hung, Director of Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center - Branch No. 3, said: "We believe that with careful preparation of facilities and human resources, the quality of administrative procedure settlement will be increasingly improved, better meeting the needs of people and businesses."
The establishment of branches of the Public Administration Service Center is part of Hanoi's administrative reform strategy to create a transparent, modern and friendly public administration environment, where people and businesses can easily access public services quickly and effectively.
On the morning of April 1, more than 70 people came to complete administrative procedures and all were completed within a few minutes.
