On the evening of March 30, the art program “Tay Ninh - Proud Song” officially took place at the Square of the National Tourist Area of Ba Den Mountain. The program was jointly organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper and Tay Ninh Province to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

PROUD OF A BORDER STRIP
Speaking at the special art program, comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association said that this is the first time Nhan Dan Newspaper has organized a meaningful art program in the beloved South.
Recalling the heroic revolutionary history of the land of "going forward and coming back", he highly appreciated the socio-economic development achievements that Tay Ninh has achieved in recent times.
Specifically, in the period 2010-2015, Tay Ninh's GRDP increased by an average of 10.5% per year. The material and spiritual life of the people has been significantly improved. Foreign cooperation relations have been maintained regularly and effectively; building a peaceful and friendly border, maintaining border sovereignty and security.

In the 2016-2020 period, the province's GRDP reached 7.2%, higher than the national level. GRDP per capita in 2020 reached 3,135 USD, 1.5 times higher than in 2015. From a purely agricultural province, Tay Ninh has had quite good industrial growth, ranking among the leading localities in the country in solar power.
By 2020, the province had 350 foreign investment projects with a total registered capital of nearly 7.8 billion USD. The appearance from urban to rural areas was more spacious and clean than before, the poverty rate decreased sharply.
From a purely agricultural province, Tay Ninh has had a fairly good industrial growth, becoming one of the leading localities in the country in solar power. By 2020, the whole province had 350 foreign investment projects with a total registered capital of nearly 7.8 billion USD. After half of the 2020-2025 term, Tay Ninh province has achieved many important socio-economic achievements, as set out in the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress. In particular, the trade system has developed rapidly and widely. Total retail sales of goods and revenue from service sectors increased by an average of 9.8% per year, of which the retail sector accounted for an average proportion of over 80%. The work of demarcation and marker planting achieved important results, contributing to the completion of 84% of the work volume of demarcation and marker planting along the entire Vietnam-Cambodia land border.

He affirmed that the Tay Ninh political art program - Proud Song organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper and Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee aims to recount the tragic but heroic history; the difficulties and challenges as well as the resilience of the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Ninh in the new period.
TOUCHING, QUIET TAY NINH ART PROGRAM - SONG OF PRIDE
The art program opens with chapter 1 of Tay Ninh historical base, aiming to recreate the "hard but heroic" past of the land of "the pioneers and the last".
Throughout the journey of fighting for national independence and freedom, Tay Ninh has been a locality with a long history of revolutionary struggle. During the resistance war against French colonialism in the North of Tay Ninh, the Regional Party Committee and the Command of the Southeast Inter-Zone were established and expanded in the land of Tan Bien - Tan Chau today.

During the 21-year long resistance war against the US to save the country, Tay Ninh was the central resistance base of the southern revolution, the headquarters of the Central Office for Southern Vietnam, the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam...
History has twice chosen Tay Ninh as a revolutionary base. That choice was completely justified based on the terrain, the people's hearts, and the conditions of favorable weather, favorable terrain, and favorable people. In chapter 2 “Radiant Tay Ninh”, the audience will hear the story about the land of Tay Ninh, which is affectionate, dynamic, and full of development aspirations today. Opening with a folk dance performed by more than 100 artisans, artists and local people, chapter 2 immediately opens up the context of a Tay Ninh rich in cultural and historical traditions with the most typical features of Tay Ninh ethnic groups such as Chhay dam drum dance, co and kim zither performances...

In particular, throughout the 2 chapters, 3D Mapping projection technology is used, contributing to recreating historical moments at the foot of the majestic Ba Den Mountain. Famous destinations in Tay Ninh such as Ba Den Mountain and Tay Ninh Holy See are vividly recreated. The spontaneous and creative combination of traditional cultural sediments with modern technology, creating new and overwhelming visual effects is the unique highlight of the program.
Everyone's emotions exploded when the high-altitude fireworks display was performed. In the Tay Ninh sky, the light of the fireworks represented hope and belief in a heroic Tay Ninh in the past, dynamic, creative and constantly developing in the future.

The 15-minute high-altitude fireworks display brought special emotions to the audience and people of Tay Ninh.
